Geena Davis

Geena Davis is an internationally renowned American actor, producer, writer and activist for women's rights. Apart from her numerous roles as a writer, producer and actress in Hollywood she also won high praise in all kinds of serials on television. Prior to her move into film she worked as a fashion model, and was a member of the semi-finalist Team of Women's Archery in Olympics. Since childhood, her love for music has led to an interest in piano as well as the flautist. The organist she played was in an Church that was located in Wareham. When she graduated in Drama from Boston University, she went to New York City to start the career of an actress. She had to work hard and work occasional jobs before she got a chance in acting.
